I checked the HP-Netherlands parts store. Replacing the motherboard would be expensive, and that would be assuming you could even find the part for it. ![]() I guess it happens from time to time that the Nvidia GPU gets hot over time and one day just quits. I have seen a few posts like yours, so you are definitely not alone, but I have not seen so many as I have for the HP Spectre motherboards burning out. Unfortunately, I don't keep track of the frequency of instances like that. Sorry to read that factory resetting the PC didn't resolve the problem.
